Most Powerful Jujutsu Kaisen Weapons - Ranked

As powerful as sorcerers’ cursed techniques are in Jujutsu Kaisen, they’re nothing without their powerful weapons. Like most Shounen series, Jujutsu Kaisen features its fair share of badass weapons, tipping the scale of a battle in favor of the wielder.

Today, we’ll be taking a look at the most powerful Jujutsu Kiasen weapons.

#9 Nanako’s Cellphone

Though an uncanny entry, Nanako’s cellphone is not to be underestimated. Wielded by Nanako, the sorcerer uses the cell phone to effectively and quickly move between locations. However, the process comes with a severe drawback as it depletes Nanako’s stamina.

More importantly, the phone’s camera is directly tied to Nanako’s innate cursed ability, allowing her to manipulate the objects she captures with the camera.

#8 Higuruma’s gavel

Hiromi Higuruma’s gravel stands out in the series because of its incredible power as well. It possesses the unique ability to morph itself into other weapons such as a giant mallet, a hook and a hammer, a testament to its versatility.

As seen in the series, Hiromi is free to conjure the weapon upon will. Additionally, the gravel returns to its hand in the event that he drops it or let's go.  This special ability allows Hiromi to pull off surprise attacks in battle to catch his opponent off guard.

The gravel is also tied to Hiromi’s special ability, allowing him to pass down judgment on those he considers guilty of committing grave offenses. All in all, it’s a weapon that perfectly matches his skill as a former regular defense attorney.

#7 Dragon-Bone

Crafted by Juzo Kumiya, the Dragon-Bone is easily the curse user's most prized piece. With three holes, the single-blade sword is capable of absorbing both the kinetic force and cursed energy of its opponents. And when needed, the wielder can unleash the stored energy to deal a lethal blow.

In the series, Maki uses the sword to cut off her father Ogi Zenin’s katana in half. The Dragon Bone also comes in handy as she wipes off the Zenin clan.

#6 Black Rope

The Black Rope was wielded by Miguel for the first time during the Night Parade of Hundred Demons during his battle against Gojo. The weapon remains shrouded in mystery as not much is known about the curse woven into it.

However, what we do know is that it is able to completely nullify the cursed technique of an enemy, making it a formidable weapon of choice. However, the rope comes with a handicap. It’s used up during an attack, putting a cap on its limit.

This is why after Miguel used every last thread during his battle with Gojo, the Black Rope vanished from existence.

#5 The Sword of Extermination

Attached to Mahoraga’s body, the most powerful Shikigami under Megumi’s control, the Sword of Extermination is not to be taken lightly. Coated with the same positive energy as the ones used in the Reverse Cursed technique, the sword is capable of slicing through anything imbued with cursed energy.

Owing to this special ability, many have fallen at the Sword of Extermination. However, Sukuna was one of the few ones who lived to tell the tale, and the only reason he was able to was because he had been using Yuji’s body during the battle which is not imbued with cursed energy.

And so the long, double-edged blade rivals the most powerful special-grade cursed tools in the series when it comes to strength.

#4 Shigemo’s Hand Sword

Though Shigemo doesn’t stand out on his own when it comes to physical strength, equipped with his trusty Hand Sword, he proved to be a formidable opponent in the series. With a semi-conscious hand as the hilt, the sword compensates for Shigemo’s weaknesses, holding on tightly compared to his weak grip.

The sword is capable of moving on its own and Shigemo skillfully uses that ability during battle as he throws off his opponents with the fake attacks. Another advantage is that Shigemo can easily escape direct combat which is not his strong suit.

More importantly, the sword has the ability to detect people in Shigemo’s vicinity acting as his third eye, even when he’s not aware.

#3 Gakuganji’s Guitar

Given his seniority, a guitar is the last weapon of choice you’d expect for someone like Gakuganji. However, equipped with his red electric guitar, Gakuganji has been able to put up a strong fight even in unfavorable circumstances. He keeps the guitar in a case and whips it out during battle.

Like a typical guitar, Gakuganji’s guitar is capable of making sounds. However, it comes with the special ability to produce waves of cursed energy. Unfortunately, there are far more powerful cursed tools in the series as the guitar was shredded to pieces following Gakuganji’s battle with Masamichi.

#2 Split Soul Katana

Wielded by Toji Fushiguro, the Split Soul Katana is also a lethal cursed weapon in the series. With a remarkable ability to bypass all barriers and cut directly at the soul, the katana can easily tip the odds in a wielder’s favor.

That said, the true potential of the katana can only be unleashed by sorcerers who possess eyes that can see the souls of inorganic objects. Fans witnessed Toji and the weapon in all its glory as he assassinated the Star Plasma Vessel, Riko Amanai. In fact, the katana even cut through the Suguru Geto’s Rainbow Dragon, displaying it’s mind blowing strength.

A replica of the weapon was also wielded by Maki, left behind by Mai, which she used to reduce the Zenin clan to nothing.

#1 Inverted Spear of Heaven

The Inverted Spear of Heaven stands out as perhaps the most powerful weapon in the Shounen series. Like the Black Rope, the spear is imbued with a special type of cursed energy that allows it to nullify an opponent’s cursed technique.

In fact, it was even able to render Gojo’s Limitless completely useless during the Star Plasma Vessel Arc. Wielded by Toji Fushiguro, the jitte-shaped blade also boasts incredible speed as evident during Toji’s attack against Suguru Geto's Kuchisake-Onna.
