Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://swordslice.com and is operated by Skyfield Digital LLC, doing business as Sword Slice (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.


1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW

Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered for a refund, customers must:

  • Contact us within the applicable timeframe

  • Provide proof of purchase and supporting documentation

  • Comply with all return and shipping instructions

Failure to follow this policy may result in denial of a refund request.


2. STANDARD RETURNS (NON-DAMAGED ITEMS)

Sword Slice allows returns for eligible items within seven (7) days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify:

  • Item must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Item must be returned in resalable condition

  • Customer must email info@swordslice.com before returning any item

Restocking & Shipping Fees

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued within seven (7) business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method.


3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We take care to package products securely. However, if an item arrives damaged during shipping:

Required Actions

  • Contact the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) immediately to file a damage claim

  • Retain all original packaging, including boxes and materials

  • Notify us at info@swordslice.com within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery

Shipping carriers may require inspection of the packaging and product.

If the carrier is unable to process the claim, notify us promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to assist. Replacement or refund decisions remain at the Company’s discretion.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items returned outside the stated timeframe

  • Used, opened, altered, or damaged items (unless shipping damage is verified)

  • Failure to provide required documentation

  • Refusal to cooperate with carrier claim processes


5. DISCRETIONARY DECISIONS

All refunds are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Skyfield Digital LLC.

Nothing in this policy obligates the Company to issue a refund or replacement unless required by applicable law.


6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks submitted without first contacting us may:

  • Delay resolution

  • Result in denial of future purchases

  • Be disputed using policy documentation and transaction records

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to future purchases.
