Sword Sliceย allows customers to return any item within 7 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
Damaged Products
Sword Sliceย works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call us or email us to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. If you receive a damaged or defective product, save all packaging materials that arrived with your order then contact us no later than 72 hours after receiving such order.
