Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to purchases made through https://swordslice.com and is operated by Skyfield Digital LLC, doing business as Sword Slice (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Return Policy, our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (NON-DAMAGED ITEMS)

Sword Slice may allow returns for eligible items within seven (7) days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for return, all of the following must be met:

  • Item must be new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Item must be in resalable condition
  • Customer must contact us prior to returning the item
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.


2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

All returns require prior authorization.

Before sending any item back, customers must email info@swordslice.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting documentation if requested

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


3. RESTOCKING FEES & SHIPPING COSTS

For approved returns:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Refunds, if approved, are processed according to our Refund Policy.


4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We take care to package products securely. If an item arrives damaged during shipping:

Required Steps

  • Contact the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) immediately to file a damage claim
  • Retain all original packaging materials, including boxes
  • Notify us at info@swordslice.com within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery

Shipping carriers may require inspection of the package and contents.

If the carrier is unable to process the claim, notify us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist; however, final resolution remains subject to verification and Company discretion.


5. NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

Returns may be denied for, but are not limited to:

  • Requests made outside the stated timeframe
  • Items that are opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Failure to provide required documentation
  • Failure to cooperate with shipping carrier claim processes

6. DISCRETIONARY NATURE OF RETURNS

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of a return does not guarantee approval of a refund. Refunds are governed separately under our Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Return Policy obligates the Company to accept a return unless required by applicable law.


7. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Returns or disputes initiated outside this process may be contested using transaction records, carrier documentation, and policy terms.


8. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to future purchases.
