Refund policy

Sword Slice accepts returns on items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Restocking fee and shipping
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-returnable items
Custom and limited-edition items may be non-refundable. This will be noted on the product page.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 7 days to the original payment method used at purchase.
